Hey guys- I just wanted to share some pics of the costumes I've made recently. I did a Dr. Horrible for my boyfriend last summer (which he wore to Gen Con) and then joined him this spring at All-Con as Snow-White-Penny. We ran into a Captain Hammer and got a few awesome shots as well.

Thanks for everyone's suggestions on goggles hints. Sanding them made a minor difference in pain drying/adhesion. I coated the entire "metal" part of the goggles in silver rub 'n' buff, which ended up being too thick since it was must mixing with the black paint already on the goggles, so I had to dilute it a little with paint thinner, and got ( Read more... )
